| Резюме: | In the manual the main concepts of the modern material science are presented. The review of traditional materials, such as metals, ceramics, polymers, as well as of materials of the new generation such as composite materials, functional materials, nanocrystalline materials is given. The scientific basis of creation of materials with required properties and the technologies of their producing are discussed. A new approach - information technologies in material science: structure, content and possibilities of application is reviewed. The annual is originated at the department of Composed Materials and Coatings of the Machine Building Faculty of Tomsk Polytechnic University and is intended for the students studying according to the master program 551620 - Computer aided design of production, processing and treatment of materials. |
