| Summary: | Title screen Modern in vitro studies of neural networks require the integration of electrophysiological methods and high-precision imaging. Despite advances in the development of multielectrode arrays (MEA), issues remain regarding their compatibility with optical methods. This is particularly important for long-term experiments requiring continuous observation of living cells. For these purposes, a biocompatible multielectrode cell creating controlled conditions for cultivating neurons during experiments was developed. This article describes an integrated system compatible with a scanning capillary microscope. The cell developed here ensures parameter stability by means of interconnections between subsystems, i.e., gas and temperature control, along with microfluidic management of buffer solutions Текстовый файл AM_Agreement |
