| Summary: | Title screen The microstructure and interphase distribution of chemical elements in multilayer coatings made of white cast iron in Fe–Cr–V–C system, additionally alloyed with manganese and formed by electron–beam surfacing in vacuum, are investigated. It is shown that the surface of a Cr–V–Mn cast iron coating in as–deposited state has a composite structure of an austenitic manganese-bearing matrix and V2C, Me7C3 and (Cr–Fe–V–Mn)7C3 carbides of variable compositions exhibiting a high abrasive wear resistance (ε = 9.4) similar to chromium vanadium cast iron coatings with an austenitic-martensitic matrix, but with a significantly better abrasive wear resistance compared to that of cast iron coatings with a nickel-stabilized austenitic matrix Текстовый файл AM_Agreement |
