| Summary: | Title screen Negative fire statistics highlight the need for improving fire safety monitoring systems in various types of rooms. Known approaches to fire detection rely on a multi-criteria analysis of data from fire detectors of different types. Adaptive automatic systems of fire safety monitoring are being actively developed and designed. However, existing systems are limited to detecting fire incidents at incipient stages without providing information on the fire location, size, and type of reacting material. The aim of the research was to identify the most efficient devices for locating an indoor fire in the early stages and identifying the type of pyrolyzing material, fire behavior and fire cause. The fire detector activation characteristics were obtained from the experimental research using a test chamber measuring 1 × 1.5 × 1.25 m equipped with CO, O2, and CO2 sensors, smoke and heat detectors, video recording tools, and a monitoring system for data collection and recording. Using the research findings, an algorithm was developed, and a flowchart was proposed for identifying the fire cause, type of combustible material, fire size and location. The obtained data can enhance fire protection systems and auxiliary information systems providing output data about fire behavior Текстовый файл AM_Agreement |
