| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана Раскрыта специфика и статусные особенности «оверстрата интеллектуалов», обозначена природа социокультурных последствий трансформации статуса знания. Обозначен процесс изменения потенциала знания, связанного с изменением природы стратификации. Социокультурная дифференциация когнитивного общества нашла выражение в явлении перехода власти и управления к интеллектуалам. Посредством термина оверстрат акцент смещен на владении интеллектуальной собственностью, превращенной в стратообразующий признак. Оверстрат управленцев интерпретирован как новая осевая структура социальности, новая управленческая элита, ориентированная на владение знанием и новую систему ценностей The article analyzes the nature and cultural meaning of the overstratum of intellectuals as a new axial structure of sociality. The socio-cultural consequences of the transformation of the status characteristics of knowledge are indicated. The process of transformation of knowledge potential associated with a change in the nature of stratification is analyzed. It is shown that the process of sociocultural differentiation of the knowledge society, referred to as Knowledge-Society, finds expression in the phenomenon of the transition of management to intellectuals. By referring to the system of concepts, in particular, by using the term “Overstratum”, the emphasis is shifted to the study of the process of owning intellectual property, turned into a stratum-forming feature. The overstratum of managers is characterized as a new axial structure of sociality, a new managerial elite, the characteristic properties of which are the ownership of intellectual property and a new system of values. As shown in the article, the formation of an overstratum of managers turns out to be conditioned not by an economic factor, which is traditionally understood as ownership of the means of production, but by a cultural factor, its role is played by knowledge. Knowledge is gaining dominant importance in an integral system of power and control – violence, wealth, knowledge. It is shown that the result of the "shift", "shift" of power and control is the transformed potential of knowledge – knowledge has been turned into a dominant source of strength, wealth, power. Violence, including at the state level, is becoming computerized. The thesis is proved that the transformation of the source of power and control is the nature of stratification, which is characteristic of the postindustrial society. The very same sociocultural differentiation is reflected in the phenomenon of the transition of power and control to intellectuals, representing a new social synthetic group – this group was the overstratum of intellectuals. Noocratic society is interpreted by referring to the model of noocratic society proposed earlier in the analytical literature, which is a futurological project of a social macro-structure. It is shown that the maximization of the “aggregate existential force” (the term of VK Petrosyan) of the community can be achieved through the use of the potential possessed by the overstratum of managers Текстовый файл |
