| Summary: | Title screen The paper presents the results of the development and research of the laser active optical system for formation the laser beam with the given intensity distribution (contrast) – high energy images. The system includes two active elements on coper bromide vapour with the excitations sources. For smoothly time shifting between laser pulses of each active element the synchronisation system is used. The dependence of the contrast and power of actively formed images on the time shift has been studied.
