Управление цифровыми инициативами студентов в педагогическом вузе

Исследование было проведено на базе педагогического вуза и включало анкетирование студентов (N=319), интервью с преподавателями и активными студентами (по 15 респондентов от каждой подгруппы), а также несколькими внутривузовскими руководителями институтов поддержки студенческих инициатив. Содержательная структура вопросов строилась вокруг обсуждения нескольких ключевых тем, связанных с выявлением соответствующих барьеров и драйверов цифровых инициатив студентов (социально-психологических, инфраструктурных, информационных и организационных). Выявлено, что ключевые барьеры на пути реализации цифровых инициатив включают недостаток инфраструктуры, нехватку знаний и мотивации, а также ограниченную поддержку со стороны преподавателей. В то же время, акселерационные программы и наставничество способствуют успешной реализации цифровых проектов, развивая у студентов профессиональную компетентность. Студенты отмечают важность доступа к современному оборудованию и образовательным ресурсам, а также необходимость менторской поддержки. Выводы включают рекомендации по улучшению качества управления цифровыми инициативами студентов. Предлагается развитие специализированных центров поддержки и цифровых лабораторий в вузах, создание более открытых ресурсов с прозрачной системой доступа, дальнейшее развитие системы менторства, организация регулярных встреч и воркшопов, а также интеграция программ внешней поддержки в образовательный процесс The article explores the role of educational practices, support institutes, resource centres and accelerator programmes as educational and resource management structures in promoting digital initiatives among students of pedagogical universities. The study was conducted at a teacher training university and included a questionnaire survey of students (N=319), interviews with lecturers and active students (15 respondents from each subgroup), as well as several in-house managers of student initiative support institutes. The content structure of the questions was built around the discussion of several key themes related to the identification of relevant barriers and drivers of students' digital initiatives (socio-psychological, infrastructural, informational and organisational). Key barriers to digital initiatives were found to include lack of infrastructure, lack of knowledge and motivation, and limited faculty support. At the same time, accelerator programmes and mentoring contribute to the successful implementation of digital projects by developing students' professional competence. Students note the importance of access to modern equipment and educational resources, as well as the need for mentoring support. The article's conclusions include recommendations for improving the quality of management of students' digital initiatives. They suggest developing specialised support centres and digital labs in universities, creating more open resources with a transparent access system, further developing the mentoring system, organising regular meetings and workshops, and integrating external support programmes into the educational process.
