| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана Цель работы - изучить эффективность применения гибридной технологии обучения в техническом вузе. Методом исследования стал теоретико-методологический анализ на основе изучения и логического обобщения научных работ в области гибридного обучения и изучения образовательного процесса на кафедре «Нефтегазовое дело» в Тюменском индустриальном университете. В работе исследуется гибридное обучение при подготовке студентов по направлению 21.03.01 Нефтегазовое дело в Тюменском индустриальном университете на кафедре «Нефтегазовое дело». Анализируется дидактическая основа через принципы, методы, формы гибридного обучения будущих нефтяников. Актуализируются педагогические условия ее эффективного применения при подготовке будущих нефтяников. Рассматриваются компетенции преподавателей и студентов, достаточные для организации гибридного обучения. Выявлены достоинства и недостатки гибридного обучения. Главным преимуществом гибридного обучения определена возможность построения индивидуального образовательного маршрута. Реализация и изучение процесса подготовки будущих нефтяников на кафедре «Нефтегазовое дело» Тюменского индустриального университета показали, что при всех достоинствах и недостатках гибридной технологии остается много вопросов относительно ее эффективности и удовлетворенности ею преподавателей и обучающихся. Необходимы дополнительные исследования для определения условий организации образовательного процесса в целях эффективной подготовки будущих нефтяников в техническом вузе с использованием гибридного обучения The purpose of the work is to study the effectiveness of using hybrid technology in a technical university. The methods of the study were theoretical and methodological analysis based on the study and logical generalization of scientific papers in the field of hybrid learning and the study of the educational process at the Department of Oil and Gas Business at the Tyumen Industrial University. The hybrid training of students in the direction «Oil and Gas Business» at the Tyumen Industrial University at the Department of Oil and Gas Business is studied. The didactic basis is analyzed through the principles, methods, forms of hybrid training of future oil workers. The pedagogical conditions for its effective use in the training of future oil workers are updated. The competencies of teachers and students sufficient for organizing hybrid training are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of hybrid training are identified. The main advantage is the ability to build an individual educational route. The implementation and study of the process of training future oil workers at the Department of Oil and Gas Engineering of the Tyumen Industrial University showed that with all the advantages and disadvantages of hybrid technology, there are many questions regarding their effectiveness and satisfaction of teachers and students.
