| Summary: | Дается характеристика степени изученности процесса цифровизации предприятий ТЭКа России рубежа XX-XXI вв. Выделяются этапы и особенности анализа поднимаемой проблемы, определяется место и роль исторической науки в данном вопросе. Делается вывод о том, что по данной теме уже накопилась достаточная для исторического анализа литературная база. Исследования в этом направлении позволят дополнить картину формирования энергетической безопасности нашей страны в постсоветский период The authors of the research aim to analyze the state of the art of research on digitalization of enterprises of Russia's fuel and energy complex at the turn of the 21st century. The main stages in the development of the literature are distinguished, with their characteristic features: (1) mid 1990s-2007: actualization of the topic under consideration in research works, although with a predominance of indirect mention of the use of digital technologies; (2) 2008-2016: the topic of digitalization of enterprises in the fuel and energy complex acquired a more solid form, with the main attention focused on showing the connection between digitalization and enterprise competitiveness, including within the framework of Soviet history; (3) 2017 - to the present day: a significant increase in research interest in the problem of digitalization and its import independence. The conducted quantitative and qualitative analysis of the literature demonstrated that most of them are articles, much fewer are monographs and textbooks. This testifies to the insufficient level of a fundamental approach to the topic of digitalization of enterprises in the fuel and energy complex of Russia. Representatives of technical knowledge (branch level) and economic science (macro-level) made the main contribution to the study of the problem. A comparative analysis showed that the subject of works on digital transformation changed in the period under review. Researchers began to focus on the study of the integrated digitalization of business processes associated with security (infrastructural, industrial, energy, environmental, etc.). The authors of the article highlight the reasons and factors for the growing attention to the study of the digitalization of enterprises in the fuel and energy complex of Russia at the turn of the 21st century: (1) the introduction of the latest technologies in industry and other sectors of the economy; (2) targeted impact on this process of public authorities and management; (3) innovative and investment activities of enterprises.The final conclusion is that there has been accumulated literature, sufficient for historical analysis, on the topic of digitalization of enterprises of the fuel and energy complex of Russia at the turn of the 21st centuries. This topic is very promising, its research will significantly complement the picture of achievements and problems in the course of the formation of innovative potential, as well as the energy and economic security of our country in the post-Soviet period Текстовый файл |
