Summary:Title screen
Energy and technical-physical characteristics of pyrolysis products of dispersed wood and peat mixture, namely: synthesis gas, high-calorie carbon residue, and combustible liquid hydrocarbons are determined. The analysis of ignition delay times of the obtained pyrolysis products was performed. The results of the analysis showed that the ignition delay time of the carbon residue obtained from the mixture of peat and wood is less than the ignition delay time of the same residue obtained from the pyrolysis of homogeneous peat. Increasing the share of peat substitution with wood by 25% leads to a decrease in the ignition delay time of pyrolysis products by an average of 1 s. The maximum luminescence temperature of the carbon residue of blended fuels was determined. The results of the performed experimental studies allow us to assert that pyrolysis products from a mixture of peat and wood have high energy performance and can potentially be used in industry as a substitute for carbon from graphite
