| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана In the present study, the modification of vinylidene fluoride-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (VDF-TFE) polymer membranes was carried out by vacuum arc evaporation of a graphite target in an argon atmosphere. No external defects were observed on the surface of the polymer membranes after the diamond-like coating was applied. The morphology study showed, that the modification does not change the membrane macrostructure. Wetting surface of polymeric membranes was found to increase surface energy of membrane with increasing storage voltage of capacitor. Thus, it can be said that deposition of a diamond-like coating on the surface of polymeric membranes by pulsed vacuum arc deposition is possible Текстовый файл |
