| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана This paper aims to study a role of duration of surface modification of polymer vascular graft based on polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) on its wettability and biocompatibility by deposition of TiSiN coating. Surface modification of membranes was carried out by dual magnetron sputtering of Ti and Si targets in Ar+N2 atmosphere. The modification duration was varied out between 3, 10, 20 and 40 min. In vitro biocompatibility tests of PVDF membranes showed a non-linear dependence on modification duration.
