A quantum solution of Coulomb type of the classical equation of relativistic mechanics has been found. The solution describes a relativistic oscillator depending on a spatial variable with quantization condition determined by time dependence of the elasticity coefficient. Based on this, transformation of the acceleration energy of a charged dust plasma particle with Planck mass into emitted radiation has been investigated. The synthesis of classical and quantum physics can provide the basic formalism for the second quantum revolution since the existence of quantum solutions of all equations of classical physics implies that macroscopic bodies of inanimate and living matter can be quantum objects under certain conditions.
