| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана Последние два десятилетия в России высшее образование реформируется в соответствии с принципами Болонской декларации, которую страна подписала в 2003 г. В рамках устоявшейся историографической периодизации развития системы российского высшего образования после Болонского соглашения исследуются особенности процессов организации и развития высшей школы в России. Выявляются факторы, определившие цели, направление, динамику и качество развития высшего образования в начале XXI в. Анализируются особенности формирования высшего образования, место и роль системы дополнительного образования в развитии территорий опережающего социально-экономического развития (ТОСЭР) в Российской Федерации. Over the past 20 years, higher education in Russia has been reformed according to the principles of the Bologna Declaration, which Russia signed in 2003. Within the framework of the established historiographic periodization of the history of the development of the higher education system in Russia after the Bologna Agreement, the peculiarities of the processes of organization and development of higher education in Russia are investigated. The factors that determined the goal-setting, direction, dynamics and quality of the development of higher education at the beginning of the 21st century are revealed. The features of the formation of higher education, the place and role of the system of additional education in the development of territories of advanced socio-economic development (TASED) in the Russian Federation are analyzed.
