Convenient visualization of information on availability of the university campus environment

| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана The problem of creating an accessible environment for low-mobile groups of the population and prompt access to information, which is an integral part of the social policy of the state, is being reviewed. The article considers an integrated approach to the formation of operational mobile visual information about an accessible environment on the example of a university campus of TPU, applying basic principles of universal design. The methodology of evaluation of accessibility, comfort and security, has been analyzed, basing on which a Web-resource was developed, where the information was systematized and visualized using infographic means, taking into account the specific visual perception of the target group. Visualization tools allow users to directly interact with information and to sort it, prompting them to make the right decision, and allow project participants to gain a deeper understanding of results of the survey. |
