| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана В условиях затяжного структурного кризиса необходимость разработки теоретических основ реализации позитивных изменений в российской экономике актуализирует поиск новых научных решений. В статье анализируются возможности перехода к перспективному технологическому укладу путем развития конвергентных технологий. Обозначено понятие конвергентных технологий и раскрыты принципы их развития. На основе анализа различных типов сетевых структур авторы определяют в качестве наиболее приспособленного к конвергентным технологиям механизма хозяйственной деятельности интеграционные сетевые структуры. Обоснован вывод о том, что диффузия конвергентных технологий в прикладном аспекте может быть реализована посредством модели «тройной спирали». Отмечается необходимость государственного участия в формировании рынков инновационной продукции, организации инфраструктуры, а также создании благоприятной среды для инновационной деятельности. In the conditions of a protracted structural crisis, the need to develop theoretical foundations conducive to the implementation of positive changes in the socioeconomic system of the Russian economy, actualizes critical thinking and the search for new scientific solutions. The article explores the problem of the necessity of transition to a promising technological way by developing convergent technologies. The notion of convergent technologies and the principles of their development are indicated. As the most economical mechanism of economic activity most adapted to convergent technologies, the author identifies network structures, namely integration network structures.Diffusion of convergent technologies in an applied aspect can be realized through the «triple helix» model. The need for state participation in the formation of markets for innovative products, organization of infrastructure, as well as the creation of an enabling environment for innovation activity is noted. |
