The high-resolution spectrum of the 28SiD4 molecule in the range of 1260-1480 cm-1 is experimentally recorded, and the v2+v4 (F1, F2) and 2v4 (F2) vibrational bands are analyzed. The rotational and centrifugal distortion, tetrahedral splitting, and resonant interaction parameters are determined for excited vibrational states using the weighted least square fit method. The resulting set of parameters that describe the vibrational-rotational structure of the spectrum reproduces the experimental data with a high accuracy (drms=3.9×10-4 cm-1).
