The course covers such topics as education, work and career and employment. The objective of the course is to develop students' English language communicative competency at the level that will enable them to function adequately in everyday life and in their general professional activity. The course is developed for learning English for General Purposes by the second year students of TPU, 3 semester. The required level of English is A1-B1. The course is intended for 108 hours.
