Summary:Title screen
The results of a study of the optical path of a hybrid lighting system are presented and the conditions of efficient transmission of light emission from a LED-module via an extended hollow tubular lightguide are formulated. The model of an optical path with a light transmission efficiency of more than 99% is constructed using a stage circuit, wherein in every stage it is reasonable to use tubular lightguides ending with a collimator. The choice of the secondary optics of the LED-block of the hybrid lighting system is validated and the best ratio between the lightguide optical characteristics and the secondary optics is determined. The best parameters for light transmission via an extended hollow lightguide are achieved by using a secondary optics system with a light beam divergence angle of LED-modules within 30–60°.
