| Resumo: | Заглавие с экрана Представлен краткий анализ целей оценки качества продукции и услуг научно-медицинских центров. Определены основные принципы оценки качества. Для оптимизации и количественной оценки эффективности возможных вариантов проектируемых или же уже существующих продуктов и услуг научно-медицинских центров предложены критерии их эффективности. The aim of the work is to form the basic principles and algorithm for assessing the quality of products and services of scientific-medical centers. Design/methodology/approach: The article considers five stages of evaluation of the quality of products and services of scientific-medical centers and describes in detail the evaluation algorithm. Findings: Criteria of quality of production and services of scientific and medical will give the chance essentially to compare among themselves technologies of various look. Research limitations/implications: The article presents a brief analysis of the goals of assessing the quality of products and services of scientific-medical centers. The basic principles of quality assessment are defined. To optimize and quantify the effectiveness of possible variants of the de-signed or existing products and services of scientific and medical centers, the criteria of their effec-tiveness are proposed. Originality/value: The use of the algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and medical centers makes it possible to quantify the effect obtained from the use of these technologies in terms of social usefulness of their application. |
