The temperature distribution along the thermosyphon height was experimentally established under the conditions of supplying the heat flow to the lower cover, which is typical of the operation of electronic equipment. It is shown that the drop condensation occurs on the condenser upper cover at heat flux of up to 1.8 kW/m2 on the lower cover of the thermosyphon evaporator. However, when the heat flux is in the range from 1.8 to 5.1 kW/m2, the drop-film condensation occurs.
