| Summary: | Title screen Mechanical and tribotechnical properties of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) composites filled with carbon nanotubes/nanofibers (CNT/CNF) and short carbon fibers (SCF) were studied. It is shown that mechanical properties vary slightly when loading CNF/CNT. Enforcement by SCF gives rise to increasing elasticity modulus up to 2 times. Loading of 0.3 wt. % CNF/CNT ensures enlarging wear resistance of PEEK composites by 2 times. At the SCF loading 30 wt. % the wear resistance might be increased by 8 times. The prospects of use antifrictional PEEK nano- and microcomposites in additive manufacturing for fabricating complex shape parts are discussed.
