Summary:Title screen
Titanium dioxide is the most popular semiconductor material for photocatalytic applications. Its properties directly depend on a synthesis method. The paper proposes the preparation of dispersed titanium dioxide by the plasma dynamic method into an air atmosphere. The investigations have shown that the product contains 3 crystalline phases: anatase and rutile with tetragonal syngony and titanium nitride with cubic syngony. Over 90% of the particles have a size of not more than 100 nm.
