| Summary: | Title screen The influence of longitudinal screw rolling at 1000°C of Ti-6Al-4V alloy on change of elastic and discrete scattered electrons spectra is investigated. Differences in the spectra of elastic and discretely scattered electrons in comparison with the initial state of Ti-6Al-4V alloy are revealed. For the first time, the dependencies of changes in energy and intensity of the spectra of elastic and discretely scattered electrons on the exit angle from the alloy surface are registered. Changes in the energy and shape of the spectra are the result of changes in the crystal structure of the alloy associated with deformation. The deformation leads to changes in the parameters of the crystal lattice, rearrangement of the position of atoms, and changes in the energy structure of the upper electron shells of atoms. This, in its turn, changes the values of losses of the energy of the primary electrons to the excitation of plasmons. Режим доступа: по договору с организацией-держателем ресурса |
