Summary:Title screen
This paper discusses the possibility of synthesizing zinc oxide based materials with a nonlinear volt-ampere characteristic. We obtained 3 samples using the plasma dynamic synthesis method: pure zinc oxide, Zn-Bi-O system and Zn-Bi-Ni-Sb-Co-Al-O system. It turned out that the structure of the samples obtained by the method of spark plasma sintering is improved due to the use of plasma dynamic synthesis products. The experimental results provide a sufficient basis for future studies to investigate the effect of different additives on the electrical properties of ceramics.
