| Summary: | Title screen In this work, the tribological properties of electrically conductive coatings based on Cu-Mo-S are investigated under conditions of application of a weak current. Coatings with a low electrical resistivity of 22.8•10{-8} Ohm•m were deposited by pulsed magnetron sputtering of a composite target consisting of copper and disulfide of molybdenum. Tribological tests and scanning electron microscopy showed that passing alternating current with a density of 0.05 mA/cm2 through the contact "rotating copper counterbody - copper sample coated with Cu-Mo-S" in during friction, have not significant effect on the nature of wear and the service life of the coating. The electrical properties, stages and mechanisms of wear of coatings based on Cu-Mo-S in an inert gas atmosphere are discussed. Режим доступа: по договору с организацией-держателем ресурса |
