| Summary: | Title screen The work presents mathematical model of the initial stage of surface treatment of a material by particles flux. External pulses had a various shape and duration. The mathematical formulation of problems in dimensional and dimensionless conditions is briefly presented. The model takes into account relaxation time of heat and mass fluxes, the interaction of processes of different physical nature-the mechanical perturbations propagation and the diffusion of introduced material into target surface. The developed numerical algorithm is based on an implicit difference scheme. Examples of coupled problem solving with various external influences are given, differences in the resulting distributions are revealed. Режим доступа: по договору с организацией-держателем ресурса |
