Summary:Title screen
This paper reports the results of studies of the surface free energy of TiNi alloy after ion beam treatment and its influence on the proliferative activity of mesenchymal stem cells of rat bone marrow. It has been established that a decisive influence on the free energy and distribution of its components is realized by the phase composition of the oxide layer, which forms on the surface of TiNi samples after ion beam treatment and depends on the type of implanted ion. It was found that, despite the surface of modified samples having a relatively low free energy, the predominance of the polar component of surface energy increases the proliferative activity of cells cultivated on these samples.
