The properties of TiNi-based alloys are very sensitive to alloy composition, heat treatment, type and amount of impurities, particularly hydrogen atoms. The influence of isochoric annealing temperatures on the structural-phase thermal stability and the temperatures of martensitic transformations of electrolytic-hydrogenated samples of Ti49,1Ni50,9 (at %) alloy with nanocrystalline structure is studied in this paper. It is shown that at annealing temperatures above 473K, hydrogen is desorbed from the samples and precipitates enriched with nickel atoms are formed. In this case, the temperatures of martensite transformations increase.
