| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана Статья посвящена анализу конвергентной сущности структурных сдвигов в национальной экономике с выявлением закономерностей ее структурной динамики и определением основных направлений структурной политики. Предложен авторский подход, раскрывающий имманентность структурных сдвигов конвергентным процессам в экономике. На основе предложенной типологии структурных сдвигов осуществлен анализ структурных проблем российской экономики. Сделан выводы о том, что в национальной экономике сначала был квази-конвергентный, затем дивергентный структурный сдвиг. Выявлены основные угрозы структурной политики. Обоснова необходимость проведения конвергентно-ориентированной структурной политики по инновационно-конвергентному сценарию. The article is devoted to the analysis of the convergent nature of structural shifts in the national economy with the identification of the laws of its structural dynamics and the determination of the main directions of structural policy. The author's approach is proposed, revealing the immanence of structural shifts in convergent processes in the economy. Based on the proposed typology of structural shifts, an analysis is made of the structural problems of the Russian economy. It is concluded that in the national economy there was first a quasi-convergent, then a divergent structural shift. The main threats to structural policy are identified. The need for a convergent-oriented structural policy according to the innovation-convergent scenario is justified. |
