Осуществить подобный анализ стало возможно с помощью спонтанных данных, которые создаются пользователями социальных сетей. Отличие предлагаемого подхода в том, что анализируются не только онлайн-высказывания на специальных сайтах и форумах, а реконструируется общий контекст обсуждения проблем городской среды разными пабликгруппами, а мнения ЛОВЗ включены в общий контекст. The article attempts to develop an algorithm for analyzing on-line statements of various social groups on the accessibility of the urban environment. Results of the analysis can be used in the design of urban development strategies. The focus of the research is aimed at identifying the problems of urban well-being for everyone. In modern conditions, there has appeared a unique opportunity to carry out such an analysis using spontaneous data, which are created by social network users. Messages created in the social media necessitate the development of approaches, tools and methods of analysis for structured and unstructured voluminous and diverse data, which are created in the virtual space and are supported by social networks. The distinctive characteristic of the approach proposed is that it analyses not only on-line statements of people with disabilities on special sites and forums, but also the general context for discussing the problems of the urban environment by different communities and public groups is reconstructed. The possibilities of the structural-semantic analysis of the on-line statements made by the representatives of three main groups (officials, citizens and people with disabilities) on the problem of the formation of an accessible environment have led to an unambiguous conclusion: the social life of urban strata demonstrates a high degree of inequality and weak mobility opportunities for the majority of the population. |
