| Summary: | Title screen Experimental investigations on determination of the volume of water with different additives, necessary for the effective suppression of the flaming combustion and thermal decomposition of typical forest combustible materials (birch leaves, pine needles, aspen twigs, and a mixture of these materials), have been performed. It was established that the addition of a penetrating, a fire retarding, or a fire-extinguishing admixture to a water aerosol substantially changes its fire-extinguishing properties and that the sizes of a hotbed of fire influence the destruction of the forest combustible materials in it. The necessary intensity of spraying of fire-extinguishing liquids of different compositions over a fire hotbed was determined. Режим доступа: по договору с организацией-держателем ресурса |
