| Summary: | Title screen The article describes two methods and table-top instrumentations for X-ray 2D and 3D imaging based on the use of polycapillary concentrating optics. The former is based on classical computed tomography scheme modified utilizing a semilens (polycapillary halflens) in experimental layout, while the latter is an adapted confocal XRF imaging scheme. A sample containing porous low-absorbing matrix as well as high-density central part has been investigated revealing rather high contrast X-ray images. |
