In this work we propose the model of the initial stage of bioactive coating deposition with the highlighting of some structural surface element. The mathematical model includes the diffusion equations in the solid and liquid phases, taking into account ion transport under the influence of the electric field (for each type of ions) and boundary conditions. The numerical solution of diffusion problem is discussed when the dynamics of the initial coating growth for various surface forms had been studied.
