| Summary: | Title screen The results of studies of hydrogen distribution in the near-surface layer after electrolytic hydrogenation in a physiological solution of plate-like samples of Ti-0.16Pd alloy with a fine-grained (FG) and ultrafine grained structure (UFG) by glow discharge optical emission spectroscopy (GD-OES) are presented. An estimate of the diffusion coefficient of hydrogen DH for samples with FG structure give DH≈7• 10-17 m{2}/s and for samples with a UFG structure DH≈4• 10-17 m{2}/s. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that TiH1.4 hydride is formed in the surface layer. Режим доступа: по договору с организацией-держателем ресурса |
