The high–resolution Fourier–transform spectrum of C2D4 was recorded at the optical resolution of up to 0.00096 cm and analyzed in the region of 460–710cm where the whole v10 band was considered including P, Q and R branches. The experimentally recorded line positions (5040 experimental lines with and ) are theoretically analyzed, and effective spectroscopic parameters are derived from the corresponding fit procedures. The 1247 ro–vibrational energies of the vibrational state are reproduced by a set of 47 fitted spectroscopic parameters with the d cm. Line list of the ro–vibrational transitions of the ?10 band is presented in the Supplementary material.
