| Summary: | Title screen In Russia, many patients address laboratory services directly without a doctor's referral. This causes the problem of interpretation of laboratory test results by the patients who don't have a proper medical background. We have a situation when there is no healthcare professional between a patient and the test results. This problem can be solved if a laboratory service provides not only the results of the tests but also their interpretations. The system was implemented in the Helix laboratory service in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. At the moment it generates about 3500 reports a day. This study presents the evaluation of the system, which has shown a good performance both on correctness of generated reports and user acceptance.
