In this work, we propose a model of the initial stage of bioactive coating deposition with the highlighting of some structural surface element. The mathematical model includes diffusion equations in the solid and liquid phases, taking into account ion transport under the influence of the electric field (for each type of ions) and equations for the electric field calculation. The algorithm for numerical realization of the problem was developed. It was demonstrated that the problem for electric potential remains one-dimensional when we have symmetrical boundary conditions. This simplifies the solution of the diffusion problem when studying the dynamics of the initial coating growth for various surface forms.
