| Izvleček: | Заглавие с экрана В настоящей статье авторами проанализирован процесс трансформаций, который происходит сегодня в научном познании. Исследовано появление феномена технонауки и изучены ключевые механизмы ее влияния на развитие инноваций в современной экономике. Показано, что схема «тройной спирали» и структурно-функциональное содержание технологических платформ являются основой, которая способствует сегодня формированию новой научной политики государства. Предпринята попытка обосновать, что современная инновационная экономика и эффективные технологии обеспечивают основной прирост национального валового продукта. А наличие дисбаланса, выявленного в развитии фундаментальных и прикладных исследований, может быть снято путем оптимизации деятельности основных акторов – науки, бизнеса, государства, на что, собственно, и направлена современная государственная политика в области науки и технологий. In this article, the authors analyzed the process of transformation, which occurs today in scientific cognition. The emergence of the phenomenon of technological science is studied and the key mechanisms of its influence on the development of innovations in the modern economy are studied. It is shown that the «triple helix» scheme and the structural-functional content of technological platforms are the basis that contributes today to the formation of a new scientific policy of the state. An attempt has been made to justify that the modern innovative economy and efficient technologies provide the main increase in the national gross product. And, the presence of an imbalance, revealed in the development of fundamental and applied research can be removed by optimizing the activities of the main actors – science, business, and the state, which, in fact, is aimed at modern state policy in the field of science and technology.
