The device for generating cold plasma in the electrically conductive solution is described. It is shown that the output voltage waveform of the developed device is in qualitative agreement with the results presented in the foreign literature. The "sparing" effects to the surrounding tissue are confirmed. The temperature of the plasma in the electrically conductive solution is estimated.
