| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана В современном мире существует общая заинтересованность руководителей страны и регионов, производителей и поставщиков продукции, населения и повышения качества продукции и услуг, а также качества жизни. Развитие отношений в системе «руководитель - подчиненный» предполагает взаимодействие сторон. Коучинг - это ответственность сотрудников и руководства для реализации поставленной цели, современный подход к управлению, позволяющий реализовать поставленную задачу. В работе приведены теоретические и методологические основы коучинга, отличительные особенности технологии управления, показаны приемы правильной мотивации сотрудников с целью решения конфликтных ситуаций и повышения качества эффективной работы. Приведены рекомендации по эффективному использованию творческого потенциала сотрудников в организациях и учреждениях. The modern world possess the general interest of the management’s country and regions, manufacturers andproduction suppliers, population and increase production quality and services and the life quality. Thedevelopment of personnel management in the system “manager – subordinate” implies the party interaction.Сoaching is the responsibility of employees and management for the approved target realization, the modernapproach to management, allow realizing the approved target. The paper presents theoretical andmethodological basics of coaching, distinctive peculiarities of the technology management; it shows the correctmotivation ways of employees with the purpose of solving conflict situations and the increase quality of effectivework. Moreover, the paper presents recommendations for effective use of the creative potential of employees inthe companies. |
