| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана Рассмотрены основные аспекты современного ландшафтного дизайна. Традиционная схема разработки дизайн-проектов, которая используется в настоящее время, сопряжена с существенными финансовыми и временными затратами - с момента получения заказа от клиента до даты передачи ему рабочей документации. Данный процесс идет без обратной связи, т. е. без анализа последствий его реализации. Представлена новая концепция разработки дизайн-проектов. Новизна предлагаемой методики заключается в следующем: в процесс разработки дизайн-проектов включен этап анализа и минимизации эксплуатационных рисков, на котором выявляются риск-факторы в типовых проектах, дается экспертная оценка степени рисков и путем решения оптимизационной задачи «игра с природой» методом Сэвиджа выбирается типовой проект с минимальными рисками для клиента. В этом случае работа фирмы под заказ будет сведена к адаптации выбранного типового проекта к конкретным условиям с минимальными эксплуатационными рисками, что позволит повысить конкурентоспособность фирмы и существенно расширить клиентскую базу. Решение практической задачи анализа эксплуатационных рисков рассматривается на конкретном примере. The content of the article is concentrated on the study of the fundamental aspects related to the modern, rapidly developing and promising life activity, that is, to the landscape design. The traditional scheme of developing design projects which currently involves substantial financial and time expenses on the receipt of an order from a customer up to the date of providing all the necessary documentation. In this case, the process goes on without any feedback, i.e., without analysis of its implementation implications. The article introduces a new concept of considering the development of design projects. The novelty of the proposed methodology is as follows: the process of developing design projects suggests including the analysis phase and that of minimizing the operational risks by identifying risk factors in model projects, the expert evaluation of their extent and by making the choice of a project model with minimal risk for customers by means of solving the optimization tasks by using the Savage method, i.e. «playing with nature». This will make the development of design projects more attractive to customers and expand your client base. Our work under the order in this case will be reduced to adaptation to the specific conditions of the selected model project with minimal operational risk management that will enhance the firm's competitiveness and significantly expand your customer base. The solution of practical tasks of operational risk analysis is discussed in the article on a specific example. |
