Summary:Title screen
Currently, higher education strives to train graduates in professional competences, enabling them to communicate with international colleagues in their field. In the restricted number of foreign language classes, extracurricular activities become beneficial and give additional opportunities to expand and deepen foreign language skills. Extracurricular activities further learning motivation, improve academic performance, develop creativity, raise self-esteem and lead to the aspiration for lifelong learning. The authors share their experience organizing extracurricular activities in foreign language teaching and offer practical tasks that can be used in teaching of English as a foreign language.
