The article made modelling the dynamics of change in the number of employed people in the Tomsk region of working age. The main aspect of this study is to obtain estimates of the seasonal component additive model that makes it possible to use the data seasonal adjustment in the assessment of income of the older generation, which affects human well-being dented.
