Shrnutí:	Title screen A solid-state generator intended to produce X-band nanosecond microwave pulses, when the rated peak power is about 40 W, is described. The generator can be used for calibrating microwave detectors, measuring characteristics of the microwave components of devices, and as a transmitter for investigating in the radiolocation band.
