Консолидация усилий преподавателей базовых дисциплин для повышения конкурентоспособности выпускника технического вуза

| Summary: | В данной статье рассматривается актуальная на сегодняшний день проблема подготовки конкурентоспособного выпускника в техническом вузе на основе сопоставления требований профессиональных стандартов и ФГОС. Авторы предлагают рассматривать в качестве компонентов, определяющих конкурентоспособность, уровни развития профессиональных компетенций и овладения трудовыми функциями. Авторы полагают, что синхронное совместное формирование компетенций и трудовых функций способствует эффективному становлению конкурентоспособности выпускника технического вуза на глобальном рынке труда. Одним из условий успешного осуществления этого процесса, как установлено авторами, является консолидация усилий преподавателей базовых дисциплин. Показано, что базовые дисциплины обладают для этого значительным временным и дидактическим потенциалом. Приведены примеры совместных действий преподавателей базовых дисциплин по обеспечению подготовки конкурентоспособного выпускника технического вуза. This article discusses the current problem of competitive graduate training in a technical university. The authors propose to consider levels of professional competence and mastery of labor functions as the components that determine the competitiveness. The authors believe that the formation of joint synchronous competencies and labor functions is to guarantee the competitiveness of the technical university graduate in the global labor market. One of the conditions for the successful implementation of this process, as stated by the authors, is to consolidate the efforts of the basic disciplines teachers. It has been shown that the basic disciplines have significant time and didactic potential. A system of concerted actions of basic disciplines teachers to ensure the preparation of a competitive graduate of a technical college, based on the principles of respect for the individual student, relying on its positive qualities, respect for pedagogical diagnostics secrets is shown. The authors give the characterization of areas of concerted actions of basic sciences teachers. |
