| Summary: | Title screen The influence of the loading of fine furnace carbon black on the physical-mechanical, thermal-physical properties and structure of protective coatings was investigated. It is shown that for the formation of coatings with enhanced adhesion characteristics, the optimal weight fraction of additives should make q=25 wt %, while for the formation of coatings with enhanced cohesive characteristics, that of additives should be q=20 wt %. The opticalmicroscopy-based technique was employed to investigate the structure of the fracture patterns. A uniform fracture surface topology was revealed, which characterizes the viscous character of material fracture when content of the additives is equal to q=10-30 wt %, which provides a significant improvement of physical and mechanical properties of the developed materials.
