Summary:Title screen
Investigations of the phase composition, morphology and grain size of the sintered powder alloy based on NiAl intermetallic compound by X-ray and TEM on thin foils were carried out. The sintering temperature was varied from 1100 to 1400°С. The effect of the sintering temperature on the structure-phase state of the powder alloy was studied. It was established that the main volume of the alloy is formed by the B2 superstructure consisting of Ni and Al. The NiAl phase is the grains whose boundaries contain various oxides: non-sintered alloy La[2]O[3], sintered alloys FeYO3 and (Fe, Al)5Y[3]O[12]. Inside the NiAl grain phase, both before and after sintering at dislocations, there are nanosized particles of Y[2]Al phase.
