In the modern world innovations determine the degree of effectiveness and success of development of a country, an organization or society. In this context, any significant economic entity is in search of a specialist who could bring maximum positive results with minimum cost, who could adopt innovative mindset and think creatively. It is obvious that a person with such qualities has a competitive advantage and the training of such specialists becomes not only a personal goal, but also the goal of educational system as a whole (from primary level to higher education). This fact raises the question connected with competence of a potential expert (university alumnus), the methods and technologies of competences formation.
