This article is dedicated to one of the most popular modern methods of organization management: Program-target management (PTM). The ever-changing market requirements for the business organizations such as investment search, modernization of production etc., and managers are forced to set new targets and update the development programs for the companies. Program-target method of management speeds up and assists this process. It renews and rebuilds existing strategies, aiming at the increasing organization's competitiveness. Program-target management has the features and structured mechanism for adaptation to the existing system in the company management. The generalized nature of the program-target management is to achieve specific results and goals of the organization through the implementation of target complex programs. The scientific approach to the design and subsequent implementation of such PTM programs are aimed to motivate the development of the staff creative activity and achieving of its goals and solving of the social and industrial problems.
